Helped by a strong local economy, general business optimism in Mexico and a positive image, Monterrey is seeing a strong boom in real estate investments.

Monterrey - which is located in Northern Mexico, about 140 miles southwest of Laredo in Texas - is considered the top business city in Mexico.
