In your story of Tuesday, November 06, 2007, Central America Ports Need Reforms, you failed to mention the fact that Honduras (ENP) is starting a $178 million to expand and modernize Puerto Cortes (The money was approved by the Central American Bank of Integration). Construction of 2 large warves, purchase of 4 Post-Panamax cranes, two tow-boats and dredging and recovering 43 hectares of new land.
