Klaudia Bermudez-Key has been promoted to senior vice president and general manager for the Sony Pictures Television (SPT) Networks Latin America. Previously she served as SPT’s senior vice president and general manager for advertising sales, Latin America.

Boris Segura has joined RBS as senior vice president and senior economist for Latin America. He previously was senior economist for Latin America at Morgan Stanley.

Hines' Mexico development director Alejandro Espinosa will assume the role of overall executive in Mexico City, in addition to his current leadership of the firm's Mexican retail division. Meanwhile, Hines' director of Mexico operations Ricardo Gonzalez will assume leadership of the firm's active property and facility management division in Mexico and Panama.

Ricardo Lanfranchi, the former president of Merrill Lynch & Co.'s Brazil unit, has been named Head of Equities Sales for Brazil, based in São Paulo, for Barclays Capital.

Scott Rencher, Latin America manager of Euromonitor International, will be based in Chile and head up the firm's new office there.

Elizabeth C Ortega of ECO Strategic Communications, which specializes in Latin America, has move from Orlando to Miami.

Ihssane Mounir has been named vice president of sales for Latin America and Africa for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Previously, Mounir was London business director, and deputy vice president for Europe, Russia and Central Asia Sales.
