Latin Wireless Index: Oi Gains Most

Brazilian wireless carrier Oi gained the most while Mexico's Iusacell lost the most, according to the latest Latin Wireless Index from Latin Business Chronicle,

The index, which measures the quarterly performance of Latin America's top 10 wireless operators, gained 20.75 percent. It used data for the fourth quarter 2009 compared with the same quarter a year earlier.
