SÃO PAULO – Esch Café is a cigar club in the posh Jardins district in São Paulo. It is typically the kind of island of peace where hard working paulistanos like to chill out around a glass of wine. Its frequent customers include Antonio Ferreira Pinto, the state of São Paulo’s security secretary.
