After surging in recent years, Mexico-China trade is set for a boom thanks to new measures.

SHANGHAI -- They compete for manufacturing jobs, they can’t agree on basic import and export figures, and the culture gap between them is wide enough to drive a JAC Tong Yue electric sedan through. 

But will the Year of the Dragon see Mexico and China vamping up their trade relations? 

Mexico is in a transition period right now… the trade relationship with China is rapidly…
